  • Profile data: Job title, company, phone number, website, and other information you enter into your email signatures.
  • Uploaded content: Logo images and other assets you upload to use in signatures.
  • Communications: Messages you send us via the contact form.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, and actions taken within the Service.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and localStorage for session management, preferences (such as dark mode), and cookie consent status.

Payment Information

Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We only receive a Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.

  • To provide and improve the Service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To generate AI-powered signatures using your provided profile data (processed server-side via OpenAI).
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, plan change notices).
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Signature Generation

When you use the AI signature generator (Pro plan feature), the profile information you provide is sent to OpenAI's API server-side to generate your signature. This data is used only for that specific generation request. We store AI generation records in our database for rate limiting and audit purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • OpenAI: For AI signature generation (Pro plan only).
  • Hosting providers: Our web hosting infrastructure.
  • Law enforcement: If required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and signatures for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage to store your UI preferences (dark mode, accessibility settings, cookie consent). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You may decline non-essential cookies via the cookie consent bar displayed on your first visit.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data promptly.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required.
