1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Power Signatures ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Power Signatures is a web-based tool that enables users to create, customize, save, and install professional email signatures. The Service is offered on a free and paid subscription basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Available at no charge with limited features as described on our Pricing page.

Pro Plan: A paid annual subscription ($9.99/year or as displayed at checkout). Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled.

Extra Signature Slots: Pro members may purchase additional signature slots at $1 per slot per year.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Cancellation & Retention Offer

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page. Upon cancellation, you may be offered a one-time 50% discount to retain your subscription. This offer can only be accepted once per subscription period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Use automated means to access the Service without prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Pro plan includes an AI-powered signature generator that uses OpenAI's API server-side. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as-is and may require review and editing.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated signatures before use.
  • We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and templates, is owned by Power Signatures and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.

By uploading content (such as logos or images), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWER SIGNATURES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power Signatures and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
