Our signatures use email-safe, table-based HTML that renders correctly in Gmail, Outlook (Windows and Mac), Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, Thunderbird, and virtually every other email client. We test across all major clients before releasing templates.

Yes. You can cancel from your Billing & Plan page at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period. If you cancel within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. Your saved signatures are preserved, but you'll lose access to Pro features like AI generation and logo uploads. You can re-upgrade at any time.

When you initiate a cancellation, we'll offer you a one-time 50% discount to stay on the Pro plan. This offer is only available once per account.

Yes! Pro members can purchase additional signature slots for $1 each per year. There's no limit to how many you can add.

Yes. We occasionally offer promotional coupon codes. You can apply a coupon code during checkout on the Billing page. Coupons can be percentage-based or fixed-amount discounts.

You describe yourself — your name, job title, company, industry, and preferred tone (professional, friendly, creative, etc.). Our AI then generates a complete, polished HTML signature with social icons, proper branding, and formatted contact information in seconds. Available on the Pro plan.

Completely. All AI generation happens server-side using your own OpenAI API key (configured in your account). Your data is never exposed in the browser, and we don't store your AI prompts after generation.

Absolutely. After AI generation, the result is loaded into the live builder where you can customize every detail — colors, fonts, fields, layout, and more — before saving or installing.

Our guided Gmail installation walks you through every step with screenshots. Go to your signature in the builder, click "Install", then select Gmail. It takes under 2 minutes. The Pro plan includes the full step-by-step guide with screenshots.

Download our Outlook automation package (a ZIP file) for Windows. It includes your signature files and a PowerShell script that installs everything automatically — no manual configuration required. We also provide a detailed macOS guide for Outlook for Mac.

Yes! For $25, our team will remotely handle the full installation for you — for any email client on any device. We'll set up your signature in Gmail or Outlook and confirm everything is working. Request professional installation from your dashboard.

You can always download your signature as an .html file and import it manually into any email client. We also provide a plain-text version for email clients that don't support HTML signatures.

Power Signatures uses industry-standard security practices including: nonce-based CSRF protection on all forms, IP-based rate limiting (5 login attempts before temporary lockout), honeypot bot detection, and optional Google reCAPTCHA v3. We also support magic link sign-in and 2FA via email.

Yes. From the login page, you can choose to sign in with a 6-digit verification code sent to your email (2FA), or use a magic link for passwordless sign-in. We're also working on passkey (WebAuthn) support.

Yes. If Google Sign-In is enabled by the site administrator, you can use your Google account to create an account or sign in. Your Google account email must match your Power Signatures account email.

We collect your name, email address, and the signature content you create. We don't sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can request account deletion by contacting us from the Contact page. We'll delete all your data within 30 days, including all saved signatures, billing history, and personal information.
